Specialty Surfaces With a Plan

Build a Surface That Looks Ready to Play.

Court coatings and markings affect appearance, layout clarity and the everyday playing experience. The finished result depends on the surface condition and preparation beneath it.

We build the scope around the existing surface, repair needs, approved sport layout, selected colors, site access, weather and the required curing window before the facility returns to use.

Resurface & Restripe

Prepare a qualifying existing court, address included repair needs and renew the color coating and playing lines.

Convert or Expand

Add pickleball or other approved layouts to an existing facility, or coordinate several courts under one project scope.

Court & Track Questions

Questions Before the Work Begins.

The right scope depends on the surface condition, sport layout, repair needs, coating system, weather, access and desired reopening schedule.

Can an existing tennis court be converted for pickleball?

Many qualifying tennis courts can receive dedicated or shared-use pickleball layouts. Surface condition, available dimensions, court count, net configuration, line colors and desired use should be reviewed before the conversion scope is finalized.

Are dedicated pickleball courts better than shared lines?

Dedicated courts provide the clearest playing layout, while shared lines can add flexibility to an existing facility. Available space, budget, demand and the desired player experience determine which approach is more suitable.

Does a faded court need restriping or full resurfacing?

If the existing coating remains compatible and serviceable, a focused marking refresh may be possible. Widespread wear, coating failure, repairs or a major color change may support a broader resurfacing and restriping scope.

Should cracks be repaired before court coatings are applied?

Qualifying cracks and failed areas should be evaluated before coating. The repair method depends on the crack type, movement and underlying condition; a surface coating should not be used to hide a more serious pavement or concrete problem.

How long must the court remain closed?

Closure time depends on preparation, repair work, number of coating applications, product requirements, temperature, humidity, shade and weather. The project schedule will include the anticipated cure and reopening window.

What is needed for running-track markings?

Running-track work should begin with an approved facility plan showing lane count, dimensions and required event markings. When design or governing-body interpretation is needed, it should be confirmed by the owner, design professional or applicable athletic authority.
