Painting Questions
Before the Property Gets Scheduled.
Final recommendations depend on the pavement, existing markings, approved layout, weather and how the property operates.
How often should a commercial parking lot be restriped?
There is no universal schedule. Traffic volume, sunlight, pavement condition, previous coating, cleaning and maintenance all affect how quickly markings fade. Restriping should be considered when visibility declines or the layout needs to change.
Can you paint a completely new parking lot layout?
Yes. New layouts require an approved plan or clearly confirmed layout, accurate measurements and suitable surface conditions. We review the available information and determine whether a site walk is required.
Can striping be completed at night or on weekends?
Many projects can be scheduled after hours, on weekends or in phases. Lighting, access, weather, surface moisture and drying requirements determine whether that approach is suitable for the property.
How long before vehicles can use the painted area?
Reopening time depends on the coating, surface, temperature, humidity and application conditions. The project schedule will include the expected access restrictions for the materials being used.
Can you quote from plans, quantities or photographs?
Yes. Plans, photographs, measurements and estimated quantities help us prepare the initial scope. Some properties still require a walkthrough before final pricing and scheduling are confirmed.
Do you guarantee ADA or fire-lane compliance?
We install markings according to the approved layout and stated project requirements. When design, engineering or code interpretation is needed, it should be confirmed by the property owner, general contractor, design professional or applicable local authority before installation.
